High intensity interval training is fun, effective, and challenging for all. Yoga is the practice of poses that combines slow mindful stretching and strengthening movements to help with recovery. Fusing the two seem odd but really work. Switch up the routine and sweat a little more, laugh with me a little more and get fit a whole lot more. This class has jumping, skiing, sun salutations, burpees and me. Enjoy.
