Planks and pikes are just another way of getting closer to handstands. You will need a yoga block or pillow to help the body get familiar with a pike. A pike is the body position where the hips are bent the core is folding over them and the hands press into the ground. Feel the power of your shoulders to become the power house of your inversions. Wall use is suggested.
